Just bought my first Lincoln from Zeigler in Kalamazoo. A certified pre-owned Lincoln nautilus. After doing quite a bit of research and going to multiple dealerships, I found two at this site for a pretty low price when compared to other dealerships in a 100 mile radius. I reached out online and got in touch with Montana who had pulled up both options for me before I got to the dealership. Montana made a great deal for me that I couldn't walk away from. Attempted to buy a Lincoln 1/3/26. Locked in a price. Came back a couple days later and was told all the numbers have changed. How do numbers change in 1 working day? Bait and switch tactic. Absolutely blown away this is how business is run. Nobody said a word about any numbers changing and that a decision had to be made that day to lock in the price. When prices are given they should be good for x amount of time. I wasted hours and hours of time and that’s unacceptable.
If I could give zero stars I would but I can’t so you get one.
