I took our Infiniti M35 for servicing. The advisor Ms. Lisa Dugan was pleasant, very courteous, professional and gave me excellent advice. I am very glad to have her services at Lia Infiniti! SHE IS THE BEST!!
Brian Lomnicki was amazing when I came in for my service. He let me know ahead of time what to expect and his timeframe was right in target. He got my car in promptly and showed me my way to the waiting area. The waiting area was comfortable with WiFi, cable and coffee. Also got a complementary car wash. Overall, great experience.
I have never met a more professional and caring group of people. Lisa Dugan should be congratulated because in the Service Department, she certainly leads with excellence. Thus far I have bought 4 Infiniti's sold to me be saleswoman Ms. Dawn whom in the I will be purchasing another one from her in the near future.
