Was advertised as “working condition.” “Taken very well care of by the last owner.” Car had a lot of miles on it and tried upselling because it was “a good car.” The tire light was on and I was told, “oh that’s broken ignore it.” First red flag, but I was desperate for a new car in my price range for my growing family. First and foremost, maybe this will get their attention since it seems to be a joke to them. I purchased my vehicle in the beginning of April, being told the scratches from the previous owner (she had dogs) would be taken care of and fixed. Basically, that their service dept knew what they were doing and would make them disappear essentially. What a joke! The guys were busy, but quickly took turns attending to mine and my husbands needs and questions. Both are extremely knowledgeable and made sure I was getting the best deals all around.
