The best buying experience I’ve ever had! From the initial contact with Mackenzie online, to the salesman, Jackson, they listened to what we were looking for, and worked with us to get us into a new 2025 Palisade. A shout out to the sales manager Eugene, who was also tremendous throughout! The entire process was flawless and very quick! In and out within 2 hours from start to finish. That’s what a car buying experience should be.
I previously left an overwhelmingly negative review but have removed it, as I recognize that the staff I worked with were likely trying to do their jobs in the best way they thought and I do not want to harm them or their careers.
