This is an add on to a review I left earlier for a purchase of a used 2025 Tucson on 9/24/25. As I said everyone worked very hard to accommodate us. There is one thing I cannot get past. The Tucson is used, but 1st they could not find the keys, no problem, so they had to program a FOB that they found laying around. I cannot remember ever in 50 years of driving and buying dozens of cars where I did not get 2 keys. To get a 2nd FOB with remote start like we're supposed to have is costing us $600. Super easy and stress-free car buying experience! Our salesman Steve made the whole process quick and simple, and the finance department was just as smooth. We were in and out faster than we expected. Will definitely be back when I’m ready for my next car!
Stay away 0 stars. Will never step foot in there store again. Charged me 7K over what I owed on my lease. Billy the main rep is gone and he was the glue to this operation.
