I've been there twice in the past month or so, and both times, I was greeted with friendly smiles and wonderful personalities. The selection is great, the people are great, and I'd recommend Zeigler Florists to anyone in the Horseheads area.
Will not be returning here again, went last year and got roses for valentines day and they were awesome, went this year and was very disappointed in the difference, they were definitely just tossed together especially when I see other people with the same product that looks way better than what I got, waste of money could of gotten same quality at walmart. Flowers with card are last years.
