They were great during the sales process. When i picked my brand-new vehicle up it had chipped paint on the bumper and they were going to fix it. This was back in September and i'm still waiting. Also i'm having issues with the car and they are useless to deal with to get the vehicle to them to have it fixed. Save some time and aggravation and take your business elsewhere.

I bought a 2013 dodge ram from here and i know its older with high miles but 2 days and 10 miles later, it smokes, ticks, shakes, shuts off randomly, windows never worked. I was told it was sold "as is" which means you better come with a mechanic that can pull it apart before you buy because they wont tell you something is wrong knowing that it has problems. Yesterday afternoon it was time to shop for a new car. Initially I checked local dealer inventory on-line and settled on Golling as there were a few vehicles there that captured my interest. I arrived in the parking lot at approximately 1:35 and took the time to view some vehicles on the lot. Whatever you do do not go to any Orchard dealer. Once again management change any nobody knows anything…. Oh I don’t care what the last manager said he isn’t here anymore… THEN dropped off Sunday for “first thing Monday morning” end of day Monday I get a call… “can’t inspect your truck it’s missing a lug nut”….
