Dr Zeifman saved my vacation! One end of my permanent retainer came unglued while visiting from California, and was stabbing me under the tongue. Half a dozen other offices refused to help me, but Dr Zeifman was amazingly compassionate and even sacrificed her lunch break to fix it. She then went above and beyond- reaching out to my home ortho and communicate directly with him. Could not be more grateful!!! Cherry on top is that the office is gorgeous and modern and adjacent to the cutest shops on Love Ln.
The doctor was very nice, and definitely recommend coming here if you live in the East End! We actually don’t live here full time and see a different orthodontist in NYC, but they were happy to help us immediately when my daughter’s wire came out of her braces. Again, thank you so much for your service😊

Dr. Z is amazing and was absolutely fantastic explaining the entire process for getting braces. She’s got a lovely and compassionate staff who is very attentive.
