I hate even giving him a 1 but no choice. I had them pick up my two year old snowblower because it was assembled poorly when I purchased it at Lowes in September 2024. It was delivered back in November 2024. Tried it out in December 2024 and it ran worse than ever. Had them pick it up again in December 2024. I wish there was a zero star rating for this company. Horrible service. My dad took over my ATV for me to be fixed and told him it would be ready in a few weeks, we also called numerous times and went over a bunch of times. He kept telling him it would be fixed, but this guy had a million excuses every single time. He left the spark plug out and now there's water in the engine so now the engines buggered.
