the owner is an arrogant jerk. don't expect to be treated fairly unless you have a college degree that he finds 'acceptable'. bad credit? be prepared to get judged. have any sort of infraction he finds unsuitable, he'll openly tell you to find a 'more respectable' and come see him when you have several grand ready to put down for his run down 3rd floor apartment
These guys put on a good front. Be smart, don’t rent a polished turd 💩.
