I have made a couple appointments, when no one shows after about 15 minutes I call. So first time was I tried calling but it didn't go through, do you have a back up phone and we can reschedule? Then it's oh that wasn't your appointment time. I don't want to reschedule when it's some excuse every time. Instead being honest when maybe something comes up find some excuse to make it's like your fault. Zehr replaced some stairs at my new home. They were quick to respond to any of my messages when arranging the work initially and were very professional and friendly when they were installing them, and the stairs are excellent. Very happy with my decision to work with Zehr and I will be recommendeding them to anyone I know that is in need of a contractor.
Please DO NOT RENT from them, they are slumlords, their Property Manager is a habitual liar, our apartment has been a static 59° we have put in 8 maintenance request most go unanswered they refuse to fix anything, there are senior that love in the build that say they have to spend time in the hallways or use there stove to stay warm, yet if your late 1 day on paying they will take you to court, the building has bedbugs and roaches in which they can't control, these are hands down the worst properties in crawford county,Zehr ... read more
