I tried to schedule a viewing of the apartments and they don't allow people to view them unless they pay the application fee first. This seems like a scam money grab. Looking at other reviews of apartments ie rodent problems and keeping securtiy problems. If the apartments are in halfway decent shape why do they not offer a showing. I can definitely see how it can be a slumlord type atmosphere.
I think they’re a terrible property paid 120 in applications for me and my girlfriend and my mom was denied due to income and credit score but I made 84,000 last year would appreciate a refund on application fee they were very expensive to just be disqualified
Current Zehr Construction Superintendent, Jake Cramer, and Project Manager, Tre Marin, returned to our home to fulfill contractual obligations for construction of a deck and roof completed by their predecessors. Worst place! Would not recommend them to anyone What ever your needs they can't help you out.
