Substandard environment, management, and communication. I got a family membership. And after a few months of having it, we decided the gym wasn't for us. There are almost always 1-2 workout machines broken. There is not a very good variety and honestly doesn't feel clean or well-kept. Now why the one-star? I really like this no frills place. It has a large free weight room, weight machines, and cardio machines, like a rowing machine, treadmills, elliptical and a stationary bike. It's quiet, never crowded. Parking is always easy and place is clean.
