I love it here! Kevin and the rest of the crew are great. They have pretty much every piece of equipment you would ever need. It is also, by far, the cleanest gym I have ever been a member at! It’s a great location too. The natural light from the huge floor to ceiling windows make you feel like you’re not in a sweaty dungeon like some other places Kevin also owns a mobile sauna business where you can rent a sauna for the day and he will deliver it to your property. Such a cool idea and definitely the only one in our region!

I can't say enough about Zeffer Fitness! The gym is very clean, amazing staff and great music. I had the pleasure of having Ela as my personal trainer for a few months. She created workouts tailored to my goals and kept me motivated without being overwhelming. I saw real progress in my strength! Ela is very knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely cares about her clients. I definitely would recommend Zeffer Fitness!

Zeffer Fitness is amazing. I had a few training sessions with Ela, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and made workouts that were challenging yet appropriate for my level. They have nearly every machine you could think of, play awesome music, and have the nicest members and staff. I’ve gone to many gyms in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area and Zeffer is, by far, the best one.

Closes at 8pm on weekdays and 3pm on weekends. Wish it were open until later.
