Those people are horrible Especially that The Diabolical Retard. They are not professionals, they lack manners, and they don't know how to treat their customers. They give you a hard time just to schedule an appointment. They threw away my driver's license twice just so I would have to pay more for parking, and then they called the police to refuse to release my vehicle to me.
