Tooky car for a repurchase inspection where the owner showed up and started looking at my car. He claims the bumper has been painted. I told him the bumper has not neen repainted but a coating called Armour Coat was put on in 2009, the time where 3m was just coming on the scene along woth other methods of paint protection.
