I recently tried to spend my money with this company. I communicated online with Sergio he blocked me for asking questions about the vehicle before I test drove it . We agreed to meet Monday in person I even tried to apologize & ask him to start over . He says a “serious customer comes to the lot with cash”. I did agree to come I just wanted the carfax before hand the test drive would seal the deal … I even apologized just wanted a fair shot at having something nice.. but he cut communication I believe in sales communication... read more
