Brought in expensive Express dress shirts of my sons for cleaning. I had been a customer for the last 3 years. Two of the shirts came back with what appeared to be ink stains (the lady at the front thought so, too). They said they would reclean them. Went back to pick them up, still stained. The girl asked if I wanted to speak to the owner, since I said I would not accept the shirts back in that condition. She took my cell phone number and attached a note to the shirts for the owner to call me. Waited another 2 weeks, no cal... read more

Go somewhere else. They ruined two shirts that were brought in for cleaning and would not take responsibility for it. Owner nevered called me, after requesting that he do so. Front desk ladies helpful, but could not help because the owner refused to even talk to me. Very disappointing, especially since I was a customer for the last three years. Zeeland Dry Cleaners owned by the same person, so I won't be going back there, either.

Very non proffesional attitude. They ruin shirts and dont appoligize and they are never on time... locations Zeeland and Lakewood...
