Ian was our server. I’ve dined all over the world in various levels of restaurants and Ian was without a doubt in the top 1% of servers I have ever experienced. He was attentive, accommodating, and friendly. He even overheard a couple of people in our party had upcoming birthdays and made them origami elephants out of dollar bills from his own pocket. Ian is destined to be one of the top servers on the planet if given a chance. Seriously, Zeeks, give this guy a raise and let him train all of your servers!
Pizza and wings are great if you eat there. But if you order take out it will be ready way before the time they give tou and you’ll pick up cold soggy pizza.
The staff here are very poorly trained. So many little mistakes with our experience but the biggest problem was one of the servers spilled a tray of ice waters on an 8 year old kid and an elderly woman. They were not prepared to deal with even the most basic service needs and their response to the spill was inadequate.
Takeout review: Our most recent order was missing the main ingredient from one of the pizzas. The worker who answered the phone was flustered and said they could "probably" give me a discount but her manager would call me back. Little surprise, that never happened, so our soggy pizza is still sitting in the fridge. The other pizza was fine, but this is a sad excuse for customer relations. Mistakes happen, but you have to make them right.
