I had gone there today to pick up an order with my two kids and Monica Pavelka had automatic started to be disrespectful and racist to my kids for touching a stuffed animal that was for sale. She is very very disrespectful extremely racist I do not recommend for no one to go there, especially if they have kids. I just being an owner and managers of a family restaurant I would expect her to be family friendly not racist especially to children.
Owner has a really nasty attitude! My fiancé went in to pick up a order along with our 2 children 12 and 10 and she was extremely rude to my wife around our children and told the kids not to touch a teddy bear on her rack because they were for sale kids came back to the car crying, the owner has a real nasty attitude and customer service, your store doesn’t even deserve a rating. Was the customer service race motivated because we black?
Someone please tell me why I keep ordering food from here. We always have to wait and the order is never consistent. My husband did not receive one of the items we ordered for pick up and the dough on the pizza was so soft I was worried about the food safety of it and nevertheless did not enjoy my soggy pizza experience.
