We took my smart watch in for a battery replacement. The date we were told to pick it up, it was not ready. We went back to pick it up, however, when I put it on, the face of the watch was unaligned. We brought it back, and the alignment was taken care of, however there was glue around the edges. We were told it would dry off later. The most disturbing issue is, we could not pair the watch to my phone after the battery was replaced. We took it to our cell phone carrier.
