I visited this store and purchased a Samsung S24 Plus along with a large travel bag. After taking the phone home and using it for two days, I noticed that it was extremely slow and not working properly. I returned to the store to request either a refund or an exchange. No accountability and zero professionalism. Three days after they installed my $28 screen protector, it formed a huge bubble on the left side of the phone. When I went back, I was told two entirely different stories by two different people. Return visit one: the kiosk employee told me they’d put on a new protector — but only if I paid another $10 — because, according to him, he “wasn’t allowed” to issue refunds. BUYERS BEWARE. Stay away from the luggage, same with the max mobile next door (it’s the same place). It will fall apart before your first trip to the airport. Wheels came off after walking for about 200 meters. Unfortunately the costumer service is non existent, when brought to their attention I was told “we just sell them”.
