No accountability and zero professionalism. Three days after they installed my $28 screen protector, it formed a huge bubble on the left side of the phone. When I went back, I was told two entirely different stories by two different people. Return visit one: the kiosk employee told me they’d put on a new protector — but only if I paid another $10 — because, according to him, he “wasn’t allowed” to issue refunds. BUYERS BEWARE. Stay away from the luggage, same with the max mobile next door (it’s the same place). It will fall apart before your first trip to the airport. Wheels came off after walking for about 200 meters. Unfortunately the costumer service is non existent, when brought to their attention I was told “we just sell them”.
Your money is better off off spent somewhere else. Lots of promises were made. In the end the quality of the merchandise was tampered with and way over priced. Greasy,Shady, gross
