Worst experience ever. We get a bus every year for New Year’s Day and never have had an issue until this year. Our driver was the most unfriendly person ever. We wanted to hook up a phone for music and he just kept pointing to the radio saying ”its old” and then ignored me. We thought we had scheduled from 1-6 but it was actually 1-5 and the driver never let us know that we were about to go over our time.
