I love me some ZEE beauty. Zaynab has been the only person trusted with my head of hair for close to a decade if not longer. Every style and treatment has been 110%. Will come for hair anything foreverrrrrrr 🫣
I paid $350 for braids and arrived early for my appointment, yet I was left waiting over 30 minutes while Zee finished another client. She offered no apology for the delay, and when I reminded her that her own policy charges clients for being late, she responded with attitude instead of accountability. To make matters worse, the braids were a complete disappointment, they looked old within two weeks and started falling out.
