I called after hours and he still took the time to walk me through how to correct something another company had messed up and didn’t even charge me. Great guy, would 100% recommend him for anything. Rare to find someone like this.
Hands down the best HVAC/heating service in the Truckee/Tahoe area. Prompt, smart, friendly, and doesn't try to upsell you. It'd be nice if more companies of this nature were this responsive and caring of the community.
The 5* reviews are accurate. Eric is a wonderful person, polite and patient, he tried to help out figure it out on our own via text and phone, and then scheduled us quickly when it was beyond our skill set. He was absolutely right in what he thought the issue was and got us fixed up quickly. Highly recommended!
