Hi stayed 1 night Room was ok Floors dirty bedding was back to front blanket on bottom sheet on top 🤣was told to come after 6 pm to get complimentary breaky or after 8 am didn't get back till later office closed went down at 8am .830am .845am office still closed no complimentary breakfast here 🤣Oh and pool was dirty full of leaves and Needs attention so I give it a complimentary clean for them that previous afternoon not good customer service.Whole place needs attention.

I’ve gone and done myself a mischief - should have read the reviews before staying here. Literally one of the worst nights of my life, and I’ve spent ten years in the army deployed to some of the biggest holes around the world. The only reason we ended up here is because we’ve got a dog so we’re limited on choice - even he hated it. Buy yourself a swag and camp literally anywhere else but here and you’ll undoubtedly be far better off.

The complex itself is a dump. Ground floor room, only block out curtains. No privacy blinds so if you want natural light, everyone who walks right past your room can see right in. Lots of people smoking, drinking, loitering and talking outside our room for hours. I actually felt quite UNSAFE and that's no exaggeration. Inside, NO toilet paper even though it had 2 roll dispensers. They were both empty. No milk provided for the coffee or tea. Half the powerpoints dont work. We are travelling with a dog so not a lot of choice. Price was right but this is a low budget property as reflected in the pricing which will attract strugglers. We had no problems but it's not the Ritz! If you know this going in you’ll be ok.
