Must say disappointed with the room. , very dated. Bathroom is quite aged and needs an update. Was needing a good hot shower after a long day travelling however sadly I could not get this. No water pressure and have to have just the hot tap turned on or it turns just cold. Bedding seemed clean. Very clean and tidy motel. Staff are very friendly. Good place. Price also reasonable.
Paid for a family room with 2-3 beds, given a room with a single queen bed. Requested 2 extra pillows, still awaiting pillows. Rude service when questioned about discrepancies. No soundproofing from highway.
Parking can be an issue. It seems that anyone takes ur park. What happened to your park space aligned with ur room?
Had a great stay at Tropical Gateway Motor Inn! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for an overnight stop. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. Great location too if you’re passing through. Would stay again.
