I contracted Ryan Zahrai of Zed Law to update my Will of 20 years ago. We used Zed Law to draft fairly tricky sets of T&Cs for a two-sided legal marketplace. Ryan simply just "got it" from the moment we spoke. The documents he drafted were excellent, and he's been supportive of what we're doing from Day 1. Pricing was also very competitive - and no back-and-forth negotiation on fees, just a simple-to-understand and effective pricing model.
