I contracted Ryan Zahrai of Zed Law to update my Will of 20 years ago. He was very understanding and receptive to my current needs with a modern interpretation of this old Will which was over 20 pages long. He shortened it to 9 pages of simple English and was very understanding of my financial and family situation, and how I wanted to distribute my funds. We used Zed Law to draft fairly tricky sets of T&Cs for a two-sided legal marketplace. Ryan simply just "got it" from the moment we spoke. The documents he drafted were excellent, and he's been supportive of what we're doing from Day 1. Pricing was also very competitive - and no back-and-forth negotiation on fees, just a simple-to-understand and effective pricing model. We'll use the Zed Law team for all future legal work based on the experience we've had.
