My husband went to talk to these guys after they did a terrible job on our roommate’s tires and charged him 250$! They came to ask for the summary of what was charged and they got aggressive and defensive, things escalated and they threatened to call their son to.. you know what 💀. Police will be contacted, BE CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS! They’re not even in the BBB.
Factual review of Zeds Auto: I purchased a 2012 Mercedes C250 with 80K miles 8/6/2024. After purchasing I took it to my mechanic to look it over 8/17/2024. He noticed a transmission leak and two transmission lines that had silicone on them in a poor attempt to stop the leak. He replaced the O rings which repaired the leak and cost $400. Less than 100 miles later the transmission completely failed. I had it towed to a transmission shop and they determined the entire transmission had to be replaced.
