Of the 5 places I’ve lived in Manhattan, Zeckendorf is hands down the best. From building management, to the facilities, to the gym staff/doormen/building personnel, everything is (nearly) perfect. When something breaks, it’s fixed within a day. The package room is a well-oiled machine. There’s hardly ever a wait for an elevator, despite the high number of units in the complex.
