I have been dealing with Zech's Service Center for over twenty years and find their service and knowledge outstanding. They are always there to take care of all of my auto and truck needs both from a preventative standpoint and as the need arises. There service is friendly, courteous, timely and fair. Unlike some other shops I have had to deal with I never have felt I was being taken advantage of.
Tom, Matt, and crew were very helpful and efficient. I took my car in for inspection, emissions testing, and an oil change. They had my car done very quickly and even allowed me the use of a loaner car so that I could get to work. While they made recommendations about a few things that could use attention (replace the air filter as one example), they weren't pushy about upselling services like the "other guys". I just had my Chevy Malibu serviced. The Zech team repaired a broken tail pipe flange and replaced my worn out thermostat. The car is running so much better and warms up very quickly. Quite a difference! Check out their royalty rewards program. 1/4/2014
