Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Ivan was always communicating with us as the project went on and took the time to make sure we knew how to care for the lawn in the coming days and weeks, even following up after the job was done to see how it was going. If you are looking to get your lawn done I would highly recommend. We couldn’t love the transformation of our yard more and I finally enjoy going into my backyard and seeing how beautiful it is. I had my back lawn and boulevard ripped up and replaced with more soil and new sod. They did a lovely job. I am very pleased with it. I have used Ivan twice before in the past for other jobs and he never disappoints. I recommend him highly.

The town-planted maples in our front yard had destroyed our lawn with their surface roots. Ivan and his team removed the existing lawn, added enough soil to cover all the roots, and installed new sod. This picture was taken 10 days after the work was completed. The results speak for themselves. Highly recommended.
