I have a 23 year old patio of stone pavers that was in dire need of some TLC. Uneven pavers, weed growth in the joints and sections that had sunk to the point where rainwater ran towards the house. Zec Sealing & Landscaping came to review the site and listened to our concerns. They removed all of the pavers, cleared away any plant growth and corrected the grade to achieve proper rainwater run-off. New bedding materials were put down and the old pavers were reinstalled. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Ivan was always communicating with us as the project went on and took the time to make sure we knew how to care for the lawn in the coming days and weeks, even following up after the job was done to see how it was going. I HIGHLY recommend Ivan at ZEC Sealing & Landscaping . Ivan completed a sod project for me in Fonthill. He is extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I am extremely detailed focused with my projects and Ivan’s attention to detail and quality of work surpassed my expectations - especially clean up. Ivan’s communication and follow up was excellent.
