I called Air Service when my a/c stopped working on a very hot day. Martin arrived on time as scheduled. He was very courteous and had my a/c up and running quickly. I was very pleased with this company and will definitely use them again. Thanks Martin!

I purchased a Groupon deal for 3 Furnace/Heat Pump tune-ups for 3 of my rental properties with Aire Serv of Eastern Wake County and a technician came out on 10/13/14 to service the furnace. I met the technician as we didn't have a tenant in the unit and he stayed for about 10-15 minutes to clean and check the unit. We had a tenant move in on 11/13/2014 and a day after he moved in, I got a call from him that the furnace wasn't working and that it was all gunked up with dirt and garbage. I really like this company. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt that I was going with the right HVAC company for my issue. I didn't feel like they were after my money, but after a long term customer! I would recommend then company to anyone!!

I recently needed service on my gas logs and I called a couple of companies, I was told either they didn't work on logs or that there was a week wait.I called Aire Serv and had an appointment the next day. The technician determined that I needed a new orfice, he said he would find out about the part and give me a call the following day. He called the next morning and stated that he ordered the part and that it would be in within a week. He came back and put the part on and had my logs working good as new. I used Aire Serv of Wake Co recently to service my AC units and get them cleaned. They lady in the office I talked to was so nice and got me scheduled very quickly. The technician came out and was very helpful, and cleaned up after himself. I would absolutely recommend this company for anyone that is wanting a relationship with a local based company for all of their AC needs, - OH and they don't charged extra for nights and weekend emergencies - that is AWESOME !!!
