Amazing experience all around!
I can't say enough good things about our recent experience here. They took such great care of both of my dogs during their visit for vaccinations and neutering. From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and clearly cared deeply about animals. They took time to explain everything and answer my questions, which really put my mind at ease. Very bad service. I tried asking questions and was basically told there was only one way. Their way. Set up an appointment for a spay for my little dog and got a letter in the mail they fired me as a client. I guess they made enough money with all the services they insist on they don't need my or really care about the animals.
The dr is incredibly sweet with our dogs and answers all questions without making you feel rushed. We recently brought in a puppy that was dumped on our road. We planned to foster her but fell in love. They welcomed her with a fantastic new puppy visit. We appreciate the kindness of the whole staff. They even called the next day to make sure she was doing well after her first visit.
