I see a lot of happy reviews here; I wish that were my experience. To schedule appointments with your client and not notify them that you will not be out there is unacceptable. When the client must contact you to reschedule after two weeks of not hearing from you, that is disappointing. When rescheduled again and no one shows up only to get a phone call nearly 7 hours later to say I have been rescheduled, but that date doesn’t work either but here is the new date…. 3rd project: had an Amazon mishap on my hardy wall and ZebraScapes priced it up to repair and add 2- big beautiful boulders! They came out and repaired the damage and added the boulder reinforcement from delivery guys! Love it!!! Ralphael and his crew did an excellent job, in a timely manner, installing a driveway mesh system to hold the gravel in place on a slope. They were on time, worked quickly and efficiently and delivered everything promised. We will happily use them again for future projects. We enjoyed working with these very nice gentlemen and highly recommend them for your landscape projects.
Worked with Ralphael in an artificial turf purchase and it was an amazing experience I appreciate very much.
Zebrascapes trimmed our trees perfectly, clean, safe, and fast. The crew was professional and even gave us tips on tree health. Highly recommend for anyone needing tree care!
