I work for a non-profit which hired Zebrascapes to perform bi-weekly maintenance on their property. We paid a large sum upfront to have the property cleaned up, so that they could then “maintain” it from there. From the beginning we had issues with the landscapers mowing the dog yards, which were the primary component of our bid and maintenance needs, but the office staff was typically quick to help with resolutions. Three great encounters with this company recently. 1. Jonathan came out to estimate some landscaping. He gave us great advice and a fair price. 2. Caleb came out to weed and do pest control. Very professional and competent. 3 Craig and Stratton came out a couple days later to take out a tree. Again, very professional and competent. Bottom line everyone we met seemed primarily concerned with making sure that we were getting exactly what we asked for and what was best for us.

“I recently used ZebraScapes in Prescott for a full property cleanup: trimming hedges and shrubs, removing a couple of small trees, and tuning up my irrigation system. They did an outstanding job from start to finish! Samuel, the Sales Manager, was excellent—he listened carefully to my needs, offered smart suggestions, and followed up perfectly. Zebra landscape does not communicate very well at all. Nobody returned your phone call. I’ve been trying three times to get someone out to my property to have it service and nothing. I guess I will have to find someone else to work with. I was told that they did a really good job, but getting them out there was very difficult they weren’t lying.
