The printers are excellent—that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The problem is the support. Once the warranty expires, you're basically on your own. Repairs and replacement parts are extremely expensive, and getting help is nearly impossible. If you use these printers heavily, don't expect them to last much beyond the warranty without costly repairs. A great product deserves better long-term support.
I don't understand why your scanners are so impossible to use. They scan everything except what they are supposed to scan, no matter how you position them. It seems like the technology is exceedingly poor!!!
