Two women greeted us at the door and inquired about our needs. I informed her, and she subsequently asked the hair stylists if anyone was available. why book me for a pedicure 6pm and then have me wait over an hour because everyone is with a client? I’m just sitting there while the nail tech busy chatting and not doing anything, doesn’t even acknowledge me and acting like I’m not there getting impatient. if you wasn’t tryna do my pedicure then lmk. wasted my whole time.
Ive been doing my hair with Katya for over 6 years, and I can honestly say I would never change hairdressers. She is incredibly talented, professional, and always knows exactly what will work best for my hair. Every appointment leaves me feeling amazing and confident. She may be on the pricier side, but she is absolutely worth every penny. The quality of her work, attention to detail, and consistency are unmatched.
