They assessed the water damage in my home, estimated the materials needed and the time it would take to repair and they were right on target! Their communication is proactive and professional. A real plus for busy homeowners.
Zebra Restoration did a fantastic job reconstructing after my parent's water leak disaster. They were professional, courteous, and cleaned up nicely. All of the repair work was nicely done. Sofia was amazing at keeping in touch with progress and scheduling. There were a few hiccups, and communication was a challenge a couple of times. I highly recommend them.
Fantastic company! I love how prompt zebra was with all of my needs. We had a faucet that got left on by our kids on the second floor and flooded our entire hall bath and down through the ceiling to the first floor. It was terrible. Zebra understood how necessary it was for us to get our bathrooms up and running as a busy family of 5. Very grateful for their professionalism and speed. Would definitely use again in a time of need.
I had a kitchen fire this past march and my insurance company was very difficult to deal with. Not only was the zebra restoration office staff great to communicate with, but the team that came out to my home were courteous and very hard workers. They did a great job, Would definitely recommend!
Great service from Zebra! We had a bad fire that started in one of our spare rooms related to electrical. They came out so fast and took care of everything that needed to be done. Excellent customer service and response time.
