After 5 months of very little communication I finally received customer service at its highest level!!! Randy was the ONLY one that made me feel that your company actually cares about it customers. I ordered products from the website on April 29th. They called to tell me the products were not available (they didn't update the website). I waited until mid-July, but it took many messages before I got a reply on August 6th that they would cancel the order and issue a refund. It's September 18th....no refund has been issued.

Back in July, I ordered 2 bottles of MSM lotion. They charged my CC for the product and I never received it. I have called and emailed them several times with no response. When I go to their website and put in my order number, it says my order is processing. Does anyone know if they’re still in business? This is ridiculous!! I ended up buying the lotion on Amazon.
