I absolutely love this company. Brad comes out to my 5th wheel and empties my tanks without question. Brad is so pleasant, professional and friendly. Just can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the service. Theresa is the one I schedule with and she is always accommodating and very pleasant every time I call. Thank you for the great service.
Great price and service for a new septic system. Everything was smooth and clearly communicated. Easy peasy.
We are new to the septic system phenomenon. We had a toilet clog several times and then the s*** almost hit the fan. This is a two and a half year old house and Zeb was out in a matter of minutes. That was close. They were efficient, explained that "new builds' need to be flushed out sooner than the older homes. We are grateful to them. I will put a reminder on my phone for 2027 to have them out again. The service tech was kind and thoughtful and reassured us that everything was fine.
We hired Zebs due to our septic being full. Zebs did the job and then some to get the tank empty. Great customer service, very friendly and straight forward with the questions. Affordable price. WOULD recommend to others! 5/5 star service nothing to complain about.
First off, Cody was awesome and a really cool guy. Friendly and knowledgeable also answered all my questions as a new home owner that isn’t familiar with septic. I had another company come out, they took the lid off, saw that the tank was full and immediately told me that my drain field had failed and it would cost $10,000+. I called Zeb, they came out same day and Cody found the issue within minutes of pumping the tank. We’re now back to normal and also not out of pocket $10,000!! Thank you Cody and Zeb!
