There is a lot of misinformation about buying into over 50s resorts and Ann has a thorough knowledge of these complexes and can dispel any negative issues that buyers may have regarding the legislation and fees. She spends as much time with the buyers that they need. She is an excellent communicator and we would highly recommend Ann as your agent. She will get you the results you need.
