If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance for a cleaning. I get there for my appointment and the door is locked. I called the provider and he mentioned that his suction system stopped working a week ago so he can’t do the cleaning. Why didn’t anyone reach out for me to cancel or reschedule my appointment? That’s so unprofessional.

Dr. Zhang was able to get me in ASAP on a Saturday for an emergency crown replacement. I was so relieved to have found someone that was available and willing to take me in within an hour of contacting. Dr. Zhang was thorough and to the point and that is something I want when I go in for an appointment. If you are someone that cannot miss work or have an emergency and its the weekend or even a holiday, call Zealous Dental.
