This review is in no means directed at the medical assistants in the office, but at the providers you meet with virtually. The last doctor i met with was truly useless- not only could he not answer simple questions I asked, he was eating what I believe were sunflower seeds during our visit, and then referred me to an imaging center in Dallas. I live in san antonio.
My issue isn't with the MA or all the doctors but with their customer service, billing dept and owner. I was charged incorrectly because the MA coded my visit as an UrgentCare2Go home visit instead of a Zeal-to-Heal clinic followup (which is also owned by the same person). Fine, people make mistakes. I was assured that I wouldn't be charged even though it was already set as pending in my bank account. Two days later, it posted. Poor communication, unprofessional and fraudulent billing practices!! I’ve been told on 5 separate occasions that my membership has been cancelled but I am being charged 7 months later.
