I hesitantly came to Zeal looking for a way to increase strength and bone density in a way that was safe for a person with osteoporosis. Hesitant because I'm not a gym person and am starting this journey at age 64. Tessa and all the staff were so welcoming and encouraging. The program and workouts were exactly what I needed and they made it fun! They have many ways to keep strength and balance exercising interesting and fun. There's always something new. I am stronger and feeling good. I highly recommend Zeal Performance!
I haven’t used Zeal Performance’s services yet, but I had the chance to speak with Mitch and the experience alone was impressive. He’s a genuinely positive person with a great attitude and an amazing vibe. It’s clear he’s passionate about what he does and takes pride in helping people. Now it's 2026- I've been going here 3x per week for three (3) years now. WOW! Best I've ever felt in over 2 decades. I'm so strong now. My posture is way better. My cardio is improving just by doing weight resistance training. Do yourself a favor and join and invest in a stronger healthier more fun version of your future self.
