I love Zeal and highly recommend them. Three years ago I was diagnosed with Osteoporosis and told to lift weights. I found Zeal through the website of Osteoporosis Canada Bone Fit Locator. This is where you find personal trainers specifically certified to work with Osteoporosis patients. Every 4-6 weeks I get a new workout program specifically for me that works on my balance, strength and posture. I’ve enjoyed working with every trainer. They are a great group of people that care about you.
The trainers at Zeal Performance are wonderful. They design your program to accommodate all your physical challenges and are always available to answer any questions you may have. Zeal has a very welcoming community for all ages and abilities.
My massage therapist and I would discuss her gym routine and I would discuss mine and I was mentioning how I needed something new that fits my busy schedule. She kept urging me to give Zeal a try and from the first time I walked in to Zeal I haven't looked back. Not only are the workouts tailored to what goals I have at the time but the atmosphere with all the other patrons is what makes going to Zeal so enjoyable. I love the variety of equipment and exercises and all the other people that work out at the same time.
I cannot say enough about how amazing zeal is!! I started coming here in February 2025 after being diagnosed with osteoporosis. Anxious to do whatever I could, especially to avoid meds, I jumped onto the osteoporosis Canada site. They recommended seeing an osteofit trainer which I found at Zeal. I highly recommend Zeal Performance I love the concept of getting personalized training for the price of a group session. it’s an incredible value. The trainers and staff are amazing, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about your progress. They took the time to understand my goals and designed a workout program tailored specifically to my needs. The supportive atmosphere and individualized attention have made my fitness journey both enjoyable and effective. I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
