My husband and I are settling my brother-in-laws financial accounts since his recent passing, and one of them is with Zeal Credit Union in Southfield. Their customer service is awesome! We worked with Chelsie and Paula. The second we walked in we were greeted with a smile. They are both knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. My CU merged with zeal and I tried to set up my online account and was instructed to call a number at zeal and was on hold more than 20 minutes. I will not do business with a CU that doesn’t take phone calls and makes it impossible to set up online account.
I go to the Southfield location because it is closer by me and unfortunately they are always under staffed, no more than two people on shift some time. I just drive further out to the middlebelt location because they always have a full staff and very friendly. I wish all locations were more like this one.
