This bank is a joke , there's one lady that's awesome long brown hair that's usually at the drive through , AND THATS IT THE REST ARE A WASTE OF BREATH AND THE ALLEN PARK ONE IS TRASH TOO
Online banking is worthless and customers service rude
been banking here for almost 10 years, switching very soon, very unprofessional and rude employees, terrible account security and belittle you if you need help because they made a mistake and locked all of your money, (they did offer to give me access to my money for an additional fee) if you hate your money and want to be treated terribly i’d recommend doing business with zeal
Noreen was amazing! She helped us with our account after we were hit with fraud. Very knowledgeable and helped us navigate through a very tough time! Can’t say enough good things!
