Can't wait to be done doing business with these people...they dont wanna look out for you.. the underwriting department is lazy and cant be bothered to talk to you..just go elsewhere if you want to get a loan
Says they are ‘open’ on Saturdays but it’s only the drive thru and I sat there for 5+ mins with no one moving. Waste of time for everyone involved. This is why Zeal will never be my primary bank.
The ATM is VERY FREQUENTLY out of service on the weekends, which is typically the only time I need it. It's such a long term ongoing issue that yes I feel the need to leave a one star review for the ongoing inconvenience. I have many issues with Zeal itself causing me to seek other banking options BUT this specific location, which is of course closest to my house, is a constant issue.
Very helpful and friendly staff. That atm tho is the WORST! I OFTEN, at least once a week but usually more, find it not accepting any sort of deposit- cash or check. Hit or miss on dispensing cash or just down completely. 6 pm in the evening was this photo! That’s not late at night like they claim maintenance is done at. And after reading previous reviews, this has been an issue for YEARS!!!! Why is this still a problem? Save yourself the annoyance and bank somewhere more reliable.
I have a love-hate relationship with this credit union. I love the rates I receive, and the customer service is always top-notch. However, let's get down to the bad. If you overdraw your debit card by a couple of dollars, it's okay if you have money in your other accounts. But the bad part is, let's say you overdraw by $3, the overdraft fee to transfer money that you have from one account to another costs $4 or more.
