Nicole R . at the Southgate deal credit union was over-the-top helpful helping me resolve a couple issues even called back a couple days later double check and make sure everything‘s going fine. Due to the outrageous fees I will be switching Credit Unions. Yes, they have forgiven some fees but being on a fixed income I can’t be charged a fee for something I wasn’t aware of. I’m sure it was in small print in the disclosures. I should have paid better attention. I’ll be headed over to Advantage One. A year later: ATM is down at least once a week. No cash accepted. SOUTHGATE ZEAL Used debit card to get my money out of southgate zeal it said it had no funds went home checked my card $600 paycheck taken off..went to zeal the next day was told nothing they can or would do and to contact the company the debit card is through..now have to submit a dispute and will be 45 days to get my money back..I have terminal cancer I may not be here in 45 days..zeal has that atm on their building and property they should have cameras to view I'm sure to see I didnt get my money..but it's not their Bill'... read more
