Don't rely on the atm working. It seems to always be down and has cost me hundreds of dollars in insufficient funds charges. Usually if I take the time and call the branch, then they will reverse the charges. Today I was told they could not reverse them. This time I even checked my account to make sure the ACHs hadn't hit my account, took funds from another institution via PayPal, and instantly transferred said funds to my zeal account BEFORE the ACH was withdrawn. Joslyn at the Middlebelt Livonia location was a very helpful individual for me today. Very knowledgeable and kind regarding a dozen things I had to take care of. Top notch member of the Zeal team.
They keep you on hold forever just to hang up or put you back on hold without asking. Charge you made up fees when their technology glitches or stops working and are the most rude/least helpful reps out of any company I've ever dealt with. Will be closing out all my accounts within the week.
