One of the slowest drive thrus known to man. Mind as well buy food and sit in line for 25 mins for a basic transaction (applying cash to a loan). This isn’t a one time, it’s every time I’ve been at any of the zeal locations. Had been here for 15 mins at time pic was taken. Update. Took 39 minutes from getting in line to finishing my transaction. Again, only applied cash to a loan. Not a hard transaction, they didn’t even need to speak to me.
This is by far the worst credit union i have ever dealt with. If you need to talk to someone by phone, plan on at least a half hour wait. If you elect to receive a call back forget about it. If your OK paying 20% on a loan because they said pay it for a while then refinance for a lower rate. They'll turn you down for no reason. If you accidentally overdraft your account by 20.00 they will lock your accounts so you can't even see them. They also won't let you deposit money in your account with a bank card from another bank. NEVER banking with Zeal credit union again the worst experience ever!!! I paid car loan (which has a outrages interest rate unbelievable ) inside bank and the automatic system still took my funds I'm out money twice this month no help not even supervisors someone should look into how these banks handle people and their business they won't even transfer MY MONEY BACK
This review is an update regarding a deposit that was received and available in my account, then the entire amount was placed on hold when I was in the middle of a transaction. That made me concerned and I wanted an immediate explanation. I was told someone from the risk management/fraud department would call me back. Today Zeal management explained it was for customer safety concerns which I already assumed, I was just hoping to speak with someone sooner than it took for a call back for an explanation.
