Appalling. I’m filing a complaint with BBB. I have a car loan with Zeal, not a company I chose or would choose, but had the lowest rate that my dealership chose. This credit union is unable to provide a basic service, linking direct deposit to a loan. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have received no helpful assistance. I’ve emailed customer service only to be told that there’s nothing that can be done. I’ve called twice, waiting on hold for an hour each time with no answer. RUDE STAFF. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Atrocious customer service. Good luck getting ahold of anyone at risk management. I’ve had an account with Zeal for over 20 years and when I was a victim of fraud, they treated me like a suspect instead of a target. I’ll be heading there this week to close my account. Community Financial Credit Union has been excellent, if anyone is looking for a better option!
