I have been a member since it was called COOP Credit union. Over 30 years. I have never had a bad experience. Customer service has always been optimal. I am saddened by the posts saying otherwise. I love Zeal!
They will find any reason to charge you $30 and when you call them, they’re rude and unhelpful.
They are always very friendly and helpful to me
Kennedy told me my cashiers check from a well known bank was not real. She said people are writing fake checks and she did not believe my check was real because the value was too high. She watched me endorse the check. She then said we could negotiate what amount of the check would be available. I am calling corporate and informing them why I am closing my account. That was deplorable and she should not be assisting customers. The Manger was not available, go figure.
Appalling. I’m filing a complaint with BBB. I have a car loan with Zeal, not a company I chose or would choose, but had the lowest rate that my dealership chose. This credit union is unable to provide a basic service, linking direct deposit to a loan. After multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I have received no helpful assistance.
