RUDE STAFF. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Atrocious customer service. Good luck getting ahold of anyone at risk management. I’ve had an account with Zeal for over 20 years and when I was a victim of fraud, they treated me like a suspect instead of a target. I’ll be heading there this week to close my account. Community Financial Credit Union has been excellent, if anyone is looking for a better option!
If you are looking for financial wellness this credit union is not for you. They do not offer earned rate reductions - they take almost a week to get back with you when it comes to anything. Most employees you talk to feel bothered that you are asking questions - if you have a credit card with them don't ever expect a increase as I have never gotten one and had a credit card for years with them and have B +tier credit.
Was on hold for 40 minutes, and then got a snotty lady telling me there was nothing that she do for me. I sent a document in to have my phone number changed. Mailed it 8 days ago. She blamed the post office. Always gotta blame someone else. Zeal customer service has gone to hell. Ready to change banks. Trying to reach the Livonia office and it just goes back to the automated service. It does not take over 8 days to send a piece of paper. Again, your customer service sucks. Time to change banks.
