I’ve done a couple apartment building Retrofit projects with ZDX and both of which went very well. Their pricing and execution was fantastic. I really can’t recommend this team highly enough. These projects can be difficult to coordinate with the city and the tenants, but they were first rate in doing so. Beyond that the owners turned out to be first rate gentleman and had integrity every step of the way.
A breathe! We had to do Soft Story retrofit in Santa Monica and they were by far the most affordable quote and they dealt with all the permits and inspections. The quote was clear, there were never any setbacks, no surprises nor added costs. Inspection passed with flying colors and even the paint job to match our current building color was outstanding. I highly recommend them!
I have done many projects over the last 20 years including ground up shopping center, apartment building retrofit, extensive and complicated tenant improvements and never been disappointed. Very knowledgeable and strong team, reliable and always a great deal of integrity!
