I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Cho, she thoroughly explained and made suggestions for the procedure I was having. During, and after the procedure, she was very attentive to how I was feeling. Bottom line, great experience and if I had to return, this would be the to go place. Thank you, Dr. Cho (AEF).

Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time here. The phone staff that take your insurance info are not customer oriented. I called over a week ago and they still did not verify the insurance. I made 3 calls and got BIG Attitude from both staff all 3 times. I made an appt. in VA and no issue at all with insurance and never had any attitude from staff. I guess these 2 women hate their jobs because they have unprofessional and unhelpful attitudes! I would give them an "F" for customer service skills.
