Our concrete contractor made some questionable calls that had us concerned. We hired ZCS engineering as consultants, and they came out and inspected our foundation and determined that our fears were well-founded. They then proposed an inexpensive repair that didn't involve tearing out any concrete. Our contractor was happy about that, and we have peace of mind that our foundation is sound. We highly recommend ZCS Engineering.
