I don't recommend this company. He replaced my floor not even a Year ago and it is buckling and erupting out of the floor. Due to the subfloor not being thick enough to hold the weight of the house as well as the cherry wood flooring. There is no moisture block either. Causing the buckling and mold. I have contacted him several times with he only saying I don't appreciate his work. I don't recommend ZCD Construction. He is also difficult to work with and threatened to not come back and finish his job if you question him.
