Very busy Pharmacy conveniently located in the same large unit as the medical centre. They had both prescriptions ready and you can sit down. They send you a text when ready to pickup.
Excellent pharmacy with outstanding customer service. Zarina is very professional, knowledgeable, and always helpful. She treats with kindness and patience, making you feel valued and cared for. The environment is welcoming for families, and even the kids love coming along because she is always so kind to them. It’s wonderful to have such a caring pharmacy in the community. Highly recommended!
I am very impressed by the service of Zcan pharmacy because they are very experienced and knowledgeable in their field especially Zareena and Salim. Also they are very cooperative and supportive to their client.
Edited to 5 stars (with original review below) They went above and beyond to rectify the situation, providing excellent customer service. Not only did they deliver the cap to my residence but also included the specific syringe I requested, that too after their working hours. Lack of common sense. My baby requires medication to be given orally by syringe. They did not bother putting the specific cap on the bottle that would allow it to be inverted to fill the syringe. Lack of common sense. My baby requires medication to be given orally by syringe. They did not bother putting the specific cap on the bottle that would allow it to be inverted to fill the syringe. And this is for medication that was compounded and picked a day after requesting refill so they weren’t even pressurized by us for time.
